Cheteshwar Pujara has returned to the Indian Test team after being dropped in the home series against Sri Lanka. The 34-year-old batter made the most of the time he got during the IPL window. In April-May, Pujara was playing County Cricket in England. In 5 games for Sussex, the Indian batter scored 720 runs including four centuries, two of which, he converted to double tons.
Meanwhile, the Indian team is playing a practice match against Leicestershire County Club. Four Indian players; Pujara, Rishabh Pant, Jasprit Bumrah, and Prasidh Krishna are playing for Leicestershire, so each and every player of the squad gets practice ahead of the match vs England.
