Ben Stokes Fails To Win The Bet To Dismiss His Brother James: Ben Stokes, the all-rounder from England is currently out of the action as he has been rested for the ongoing T20 series against New Zealand. Meanwhile, Ben Stokes is enjoying holidays with his family. Recently, the World Cup Winning all-rounder was involved in a friendly bet with his brother James and ended up losing.

Stokes was the main hero for England in lifting the first-ever World Cup for England this year. From last few months, the 28-years-old has improved his all-round performance in International cricket a lot. During the World Cup 2019 final against New Zealand, Ben Stokes scored unbeaten 84 runs that ended the final on a tie. And, later on, with most boundaries rule England was declared the winner of 2019 title.

Ben Stokes Fails The Bet to Dismiss His Brother

As per the bet, James, Stokes’s Brother had to face six deliveries of his brother without getting dismissed. As to a face an International level bowler is a very very difficult task for the non-professional batsman. Despite that James had won the battle of facing an over without getting dismissed. In results, everyone remained shocked and Ben Stokes himself has shared the video of the incident. The video of the incident is getting viral over twitter handle.

Before sharing the video Stokes himself has given the information about the friendly bet between them. Actually he has tweeted the information and wrote, “Today is the day!!! @stokes787 (my brother) made a bet with me on Friday….6 balls from me flat out and he reckons he won’t get out…Sydenham Cricket Club 5.30ish,@cardinalcricket.”

While speaking to media network from New Zealand, James said that it’s been  20 years that he faced a ball form his brother Ben Stokes.
